Terms of Service
Scrimble is a free card game run by Alexander Data Solutions ("we"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms.
Who can play
You must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Pick a name that is not offensive or someone else's. We may change a name that breaks this.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile (Your data).
Gold, packs and cosmetics
- Every card is playable by everyone. Packs hold looks only: finishes and board mats.
- Gold is earned by playing. It has no money value, cannot be bought, sold or cashed out, and may be rebalanced as the game changes.
- No real money is taken anywhere in the game today.
Play fair
Don't cheat, exploit bugs on purpose, automate play, harass other players or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in chat or names. Players can report and block each other; moderators may warn, mute, rename, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
The game changes
The game is in development. Cards, modes, balance and your records may change or be reset, and the service may be interrupted or end. We will try to warn you first.
No warranty
The game is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from playing it.
